Dinner includes a decadent grazing table with imported cheeses and meats — roasted root vegetable soup — spit and brick oven roasted local beasts including a whole pig and bison steaks, spatchcocked turkeys, chickens, and ducks — mashed potatoes, glazed brussel sprouts, and roasted beets — bourbon soaked bread pudding served with Danish red berry sauce. *Gluten and dairy-free options available!
